Gym Policies
MONTHLY TUITION:
$90 / 1 Class Per Week (Mommy and Me, and Preschool Classes)
$95 / 1 Class Per Week$155 / 2 Classes Per Week

TUITION IS DUE BY THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOR UPCOMING CLASSES. A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE 1ST OF THE MONTH.:
When you register for a class, you are permanently enrolled. However, the student may drop the class at any time with a written class withdrawal form turned in two weeks prior to the expected drop date.
ADMINISTRATION FEE:
$30 Per Year
A non-refundable administration fee is split up in 12 months, $5 per single child, $7.50 for family.
AUTOPAY:
Signing up for Autopay is a hassle-free way to make sure your gymnastics payments are taken care of on-time. This also ensures you will not receive a late fee for payments made after the due date. If you are interested in signing up for Autopay, please visit the front desk and fill out an Autopay Form.
OPEN GYM:
$15 / Drop-In Per Class
$100 for a 10-Class Punchcard
Open Gym is on Friday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 P.M. Student must be enrolled in a class and be at least 5 years-old to attend Open Gym. You must sign-up for Open Gym two days prior to scheduled date. Visit the 808 Gymnastics front desk or call to sign-up.
MAKE-UP SESSIONS:
808 Gymnastics has an UNLIMITED Make-Up Policy* per calendar year. Students may redeem their Make-Ups during THE CURRENT CALENDAR YEAR, (September 1st - August31st). On September 1st of each year, all un-attended Make-ups are forfeited and only Make-ups from the new calendar year will be accounted for.
Make-ups must be scheduled in advance at the 808 Gymnastics front desk or by phone. For students 5 years of age and up, Make-ups are to be taken during OPEN GYM, Fridays 6:30 - 8:00 P.M. PRESCHOOL Make-ups may be scheduled at the registration desk or by phone.
*Make-up policy excludes Aerial Silks and Free Running classes.
WITHDRAWAL:
Withdrawal from a class must be done with a written class withdrawal form turned in to the 808 Gymnastics front desk at least 2 weeks prior to the expected drop date. If you withdraw from class, all missed classes are no longer eligible for Make-ups.
CLOSED DATES:
Gymnastics Dress Code
ATTIRE:
GIRLS are expected to wear a leotard or unitard WITHOUT an attached skirt. Tight fitting athletic shorts may also be worn.
BOYS may wear a singlet or gym shorts and a tucked in T-shirt. We prefer a tight fitting shirt such as under-armor or a rashguard.
*Please, NO ZIPPERS, BUTTONS, SNAPS, JEANS OR BAGGY CLOTHING. Bare feet are required. Please come with clean feet!
HAIR: A neat hair-do is a must in gymnastics class! Having hair fall in gymnast's eyes is a safety hazard. Long hair should be pulled back in a pony tail, bun, or braid and secured. Bangs and loose hairs obstructing one's view need to be pinned back as well.
EAR-RINGS/JEWELRY: With the exception of small Post-Style earrings, NO jewelry should be worn to class. Jewelry can get caught up in equipment and cause injury, as well as, interfere with safe-spotting.
